so excited!  it’s a little nerdy to be this happy about a new proofing set-up but i was ‘over the moon’ when i was able to roll out a new CUTE custom shopping cart (see partial screen shot) in 2005 that allowed really easy web ordering. it’s so fun to hop on email, see an order in my in-box and look at which images my clients love most from their session. 

my awesome developer is working on a new system that will allow you to order mmp products besides prints (as well as custom image cropping, image magnification, etc).  love that!

what a terrific day…and it started out on millionaries row at churchill downs!  carrie, her mother and beth @ fairy godmothers crafted a great weekend of activities to introduce all their out-of-state visitors to kentucky :)  i could go on and on about carrie…like how much i loved the sneak peek at her dress when she sent me an image by email or how i could have photographed her ALL day!  she and pete are terrific!

there’s no doubt about it, photographing weddings for people like ginnalea and chad is definitely the good life. it’s such a treat to be around people so in love.  my friend, susannah jokes that she wants me to write a ‘tell all’ book but honestly, i don’t see *any* of the drama you see on tv…it’s great people, great families and lots and lots of love :)  with ginnalea and chad, it’s obvious to everyone around them that they’re just meant to be together.  and this is such a crazy thing to write but chad has the best posture…i’ll be posting a few tips for being photogenic in a bit and that’s a big one right there!
