ahhh, i love these two!  brooke is movie-star beautiful and seamlessly planned one of the most well-appointed weddings.  i love that she could really see the effect that details (multiple chandeliers in the tent, etc) would have on how the wedding day ‘felt’ to everyone in attendance.  if i had to pick one word to describe the day, it would be ‘luxurious’.  i am sooooo excited to work on a beautiful album with this couple! 

i love sending proof packages out in the mail – it feels like a little holiday everytime because i picture you opening it up and reliving your day.  oohing and aahing over the collection of images and remembering tiny things that may have faded a bit as the weeks passed.

baby portrait tip: diaper covers are so fun!  perhaps it was the tip from page h, but audrey wears her diaper covers all summer with a little tee.  the perfect low-maintenance outfit for baby girls!

this too-cute book has been out for weeks and with the flurry of activity, i’d forgotten to mention it!  years ago, i traveled to cleveland to photograph this wonderful author’s sweet newborn and many books later, she featured *our* family’s newborn photographs.  becky higgins is the bees knees – a fount of inspiration!
