hello again

Pool
hello lovely friends,

it’s so good to be back so i thought to say hello, i’d pass along a few posts i’ve come across that i thought you’d enjoy…

loved this inventive way to use a yard divided with a pool for an event (typically i see them with dance floors installed so it was nice to see an alternate arrangement) via desire to inspire

fantastic post from the amazing darcy miller on the effect of lighting – it really makes an incredible impact on your reception!  gobos on the dance floor or tent ceiling, paper lanterns, chandeliers, pin lights on centerpieces and your cake table…ahh, your photographer is swooning!

Nymag_hair
cool round up of hair accessories and another really great post about  planning a wedding.

hope you’re having the most sublime summer – if perchance you’re thinking of knocking the socks off your friends with the cutest holiday card ever, let’s chat soon to set up a shoot…i delight in making the mail carriers around lexington smile come holiday time.  warmly, -melanie-
