Melanie

incorrigible optimist. traveler & passport holder since birth. photographer who falls in love with her clients. awestruck by how good & sweet life can be. grandfather & great-grandfather were both photographers (so it’s sort of woven on my dna).

dislikes: music by rod stewart. being a mosquito magnet.

“Photographers tend to focus on their favorite subject, whether it be vast landscapes or action-filled sporting events. I concentrate on what I find most beautiful – people & their loving relationships with one another.”

A life recalled is a bit like an impressionist painting - we get the mood but often not the exquisite detail. and that can be a-okay…but sometimes (maybe even a lot of the time), like the time you're in right now, has something wonderful you want to hang onto and not let slip through your fingers. I'm grateful to serve and be here to do it.
